Hi! I'm Bo.

I've spent the last decade building software, leading technical projects, and helping teams turn messy ideas into systems that actually work. Today, I do that same kind of work for small businesses who need practical technology help without the enterprise nonsense.

By day, I'm a Senior Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, where I help large organizations design and build modern applications and platforms. Over the years, I've worked on systems used by everyone from small internal teams to hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. I've led projects, written the code, owned the architecture, and stood in front of rooms explaining how it all fits together.

But here's the important part: I didn't start in "big tech."

I've been a software engineer, a product manager, a marketer, a store manager, and even a professional musician. I've worked inside small teams where budgets were tight and every decision mattered.
